Mike is a Professional Exercise Specialist,Sport Nutritionist,Certified Personal Training. He is also a Certified Advanced Flexibility Specialist with a concentration on mobility,joint and muscle stability. He uses exercise activation techiques to improve muscle fuction.

     In addition, Mike specializes in sport specific, strength and conditioning training.  The true testament of his skills and commitment rests in over 60,000 hours of exercise and fitness programs that Mike has developed for clients and facilities throughout the country since 1980. Mike states: "Over the years I have helped my clients achieve their goals far beyond their expectations".  Throughout Mike's career he has had the opportunity to work with many celebrities and professional athletes in Los Angeles California some include:

  Janet Jackson,Jermaine Jackson,Frank Stallone,Carl Weathers,Lyle Alzado,Howie Long,Nia Peoples,Carlo Imperato,Gregory Hines,Kristie Alley,Lisa Bonet,Betsey Johnson,Jeff Lorber.  Mike has been featured in magazine and newspaper publications,television and radio.  Throughout his career Mike was a bodyguard for Muhammad Ali at his induction into the hall of fame.  He has also done print ad work for Budweiser and Kawasaki motorcycle.  He has also appeared in the movie "It's Alive III": Island of the Alive".

     He is a former New York City Correction Officer who designed exercise and weight management programs for the Department of Corrections.  He is the Operations Coordinator for "Team Manzo". 

     Mike has been a competitive "Drug Free" powerlifter since 1989. He is currently a two time World Champion. He has won 17 National championships,and 19 State championships. He also captured 1 World record,10 National records,and 12 State records. He was awarded "BEST LIFTER" at the 2011 World Championships.

 He has been studying Chinese Goju Karate since the age of 7, and currently hold a 3rd. degree black belt as the Chief Instructor at the Malverne School of Self-Defense in Malverne New York.
